SILVIA
Bosslady Junglist
Silvia is CEO/Founder of VoiceBox Music Consulting, offering a broad range of services and industry expertise to support artists and their teams, independent labels and music tech companies. Her commitment is in building a better, more equitable, sustainable and future-focussed music industry, working with industry organisations across the ecosystem to drive commercial and strategic support for emerging and developing talent in order to ensure a continued strong pipeline of diverse musical talent for the coming decades.
Music industry veteran with 35+ years commercial, marketing, strategic and ops experience, gained through working at majors, independents and startups, including global senior leadership/CEO positions at Association for Electronic Music, Association of Independent Music, Universal Music Group, BMG, Kobalt/AWAL and Audio Network.
A passionate dance/electronic music fan and long-time junglist, Silvia was part of an early all-female DJ collective ‘Femi-9-Product’ from the mid 90s, playing monthly nights and festivals across the UK, alongside promoting multi-room/multi-genre nights around London as part of dance music collectives Triology and WOT. In 2020 Silvia co-founded electronic music label/publisher #remarqabl with the mission to support and nurture under-represented producers/songwriters from female, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities.


Silvia’s long and varied music career has covered all areas of the industry ecosystem; recorded music, publishing, performance and broadcast, music technology systems development, sync and licensing, royalties and rights management, physical and digital retail sales, direct to fan platforms, live sector, artist development and more.
Through this journey she has built a unique overview and insight into the complex infrastructure and interdependencies of the global music business, alongside a vast and varied international industry network. She was honoured in Billboard’s Indie Power Players list in 2023 and has received numerous nominations for the Music Week Women in Music Awards in the last decade.
Throughout her career she’s been a passionate campaigner for EDI, social justice, sustainability, neurodiversity advocacy and tackling the music industry mental health crisis. Silvia is Board member, Advisor and Mentor for a number of non-profit organisations including Association for Electronic Music, Last Night A DJ Saved My Life, Fairplay.org, In Place of War, and Berklee Valencia.
LUCY
Raver In Residence
Lucy Blair is a senior music industry strategist and advisor with deep platform, audience and creator ecosystem expertise, built over 16+ years working at the intersection of music, technology and culture. Her experience spans streaming platforms, independent labels and distribution, artist marketing, audience development, commercial strategy and business operations, including eight years at Spotify UK and senior roles at The Orchard, Motive Unknown, Ministry of Sound and Anjunabeats.
Having worked across multiple sectors of the music and tech industries, Lucy brings a rare cross-functional perspective shaped by some of the most influential companies in modern music. She helps clients to navigate an increasingly complex industry, unlock opportunities and build sustainable careers, audiences and businesses over the long term. Her approach combines big-picture strategic thinking with a practical understanding of how platforms, audiences and the wider music ecosystem actually work.
Lucy has been named to Music Week's Women in Music Roll of Honour and shesaid.so's Alternative Power 100. She has served as an Executive Board Member for ERA, an Advisory Board Member for Brighton Music Conference and a Voting Member for the BRIT Awards. She has co-curated programmes for ADE Pro and Brighton Music Conference, and has spoken and presented at industry events worldwide including ADE, IMS Ibiza, AIM Connected, BIME, MIDEM, Brighton Music Conference and Ireland Music Week.
Alongside her consulting work, Lucy has undertaken specialist training in ADHD coaching and combines professional expertise with lived experience in neurodiversity, mental health and workplace wellbeing. She is passionate about creating healthier, more inclusive and sustainable ways of working across the music industry.


CHARLI
Duchess of Breaks
Music industry consultant, creative strategist, and international recording artist with 10+ years of professional experience across artist development, creative direction, strategic research, and project delivery.
Through Voicebox, Charli supports artists, labels, and organisations with pitch decks, presentations, and creative materials; artist development and strategic planning; industry research and reporting; and project coordination and operational support.
As Charli Brix - her artist name - she also brings specialist artist-led consultancy and mentoring, grounded in 10+ years as a professional recording and performing artist working globally across electronic music. This dual perspective gives clients rare insight into both the industry and the artist experience.
SHANNON
Headmistress of House
Shannon Herber is the Founder and Chief Consultant of Wise River Consulting, where she advises artists, labels, and music companies on strategy, partnerships, and fan engagement. Her work focuses on helping clients build sustainable businesses by deepening direct-to-fan relationships, developing community-driven ecosystems, and identifying new revenue opportunities at the intersection of music and technology.
She also serves as Head of Artist Relations & Business Development at IndyRiot, where she works with leading artists and creators to design and launch fan loyalty programs, and is an artist manager with One of Us Management.
Shannon was named to shesaid.so’s Alternative Power 100 Music List and holds several advisory and board roles, including Global Advisory Board Member for In Place of War, Co-Chair of AFEM’s Emerging Tech Committee, and Board Member at Femme House. She is a Professional Member of the Recording Academy and a member of the Association of Independent Music.
Previously, she was Managing Director of A0K1VERSE, Head of Pop & Dance/Electronic Music at the Recording Academy, Director of Operations and Tour Manager for Moby, and Manager of Publicity & Artist Relations at Universal Music Group.
